  • We focus on each client, tailor our services to the unique individual and context, and trust our clients to let us know what they need from us in terms of content, frequency, and length of sessions to progress towards their career objectives. We do not sell our client “packages” or use one-size-fits-all methodologies.

  • Our fee structure is simple and straightforward. We charge $200 for the 1 hour intake session and $200/hr, prorated, for subsequent sessions, or 30 or 60 minutes, as will best meet your need.

  • We support our clients using AI as a tool to help construct and edit resumes, help with editing of cover letters, and as a source of general information. AI is simply unable to provide you with the personalization that can set you apart from other job seekers, or the specific support you need to navigate other work-related challenges
